Babbitt was not a peaceful protestor, nor was she an innocent bystander, nor a victim by any stretch of the imagination. The plain simple fact is that she was a terrorist, acting on trump's orders.

Neither her family, nor any of the other 1,500 terrorists who attacked the Capitol, should receive any monetary compensation. These people committed a crime, endangering the lives of our leaders and law enforcement officers. And it was their beloved dear leader, currently residing in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, who gave the orders to attack the Capitol, all for the purpose of trying to remain in power.

The “Administration” isn’t paying her family no the American taxpayers are.

Sorry for her death, but she was breaking the law and trespassing. The American tax payer must not be saddled with paying for her crimes against America! This is absolutely absurd!

Sorry for her death, but the American payers must not be saddled with paying 5M or even one dollar for her ill advised decision to break in attack our Capitol. She and others that participated in this insurrection must not be rewarded for their treasonous Acts!

Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion, and mine is that Merrick Garland should pay the 5 million, not us.
